Balloons is an red attack used exclusively by BB and JJ. It can also be used by enemies.

This attack damages the enemy. It does a random amount of damage. Used by JJ and BB a pile of balloons are thrown at the enemy. This move is exclusive to them. Unlike most Red attacks, the Balloons fly towards random party members or enemies, for example, if the player fights against BB in challenger mode, and if he uses this attack, the balloons will randomly choose who to hit.
